- Agri-food project advisory and consulting
- Financing management for productive and transport projects
- Strategic design of business plans and cases
- Business model workshops
- Design of mechanisms for managing special and hazardous waste
- Statistical capacity development and digital analysis platforms
- Smart Urban and Rural Planning for governments
We work to promote effective solutions that strengthen these key sectors,
contributing to their long-term growth and sustainability.
Vision
We are the leading association in Mexico that, alongside public institutions and communities, drives social and private projects in agri-food, transportation, mobility, territorial planning, and hazardous waste. We promote sustainable and inclusive development in rural, peri-urban, and urban areas. Grounded in Socioeconomic Evaluation, Theory of Change, Governance, and Impact Investment, we provide consulting, studies, and legal and economic solutions
that ensure regulatory compliance, funding, and better-connected
communities.
Mission
Our mission is to revolutionize food production, transportation, mobility, and territorial planning through our methodology that integrates nature and society into a Global Production Process. Using geospatial analysis, data science, remote sensing, and integrated development, we design precise, science-based solutions, agile and effective methodologies, solutions with deep social impact, and visionary ideas that inspire.
Together, we create a more efficient, sustainable future with an improved quality of life for all.

Our proprietary system:
- Analyzes and systemizes production at all stages
- Evaluates, designs and models tailored technological mechanisms
- Reorganizes the Production Process to maximize human-centric impact
This methodology maps phases of the Global Commodity Production Process —a cycle originating in the Labor Process— by evaluating:
- Objective elements (data, metrics)
- Subjective factors (human interactions, cultural contexts)
The framework conceptualizes the Labor Process as an integrated system spanning:
- Production
- Circulation
- Industry
- Consumption Process
To transform food systems into interconnected ecological networks by::
- Democratizing technology access
- Building cross-sector alliances
At AZORU, we see not isolated components but complete ecosystems awaiting transformation. We convert complex challenges into opportunities for systemic regeneration.
