Workshops

As part of our social commitment, we offer training to producers, companies and public officials who are related to the agricultural and agri-food sector.

Prices workshop

In this workshop we work hand in hand with producers to identify, calculate and project production costs from the perspective of the Global Food Production Process. In this way, workshop participants learn to identify all the moments where value is generated, where it is lost, and the commissions or direct and indirect expenses to be able to set a production price and a market price.

01

Workshop on access to financing sources

The new economic normal has made access to financing sources more complicated due to the incorporation of stricter biosafety measures for food production. At AZORU we have prepared this workshop to explain to UPYMEs what a corporate identity is, what types of joint stock companies exist, what a business model is and its relationship with the business plan, types of lenders, what it is the banking check list and what private and public financing sources are there for each company.

02

Workshops on Good Livestock Practices and Good Agricultural Practices for small and medium-scale producers

These workshops aim to train producers in the adoption of the criteria established by Good Livestock Production Practices (BPP) and Good Agricultural Production Practices (GAP).The workshop participants will learn the regulatory aspects, the required material conditions, the zootechnical and zoosanitary concepts, the certification processes and everything necessary to be able to adopt and certify their farm.

03

Courses and workshops for entrepreneurs, MSMES, and food producers

At AZORU, we believe sustainable development grows from training, innovation, and collaboration. We’re committed to creating a space where producers, entrepreneurs, governments, and leaders come together to learn, grow, and develop solutions that transform key sectors: agri-food systems, mobility, transportation, waste management, and territorial planning.

04

Cultural events

Food and culture are deeply intertwined; their flavors blend in gastronomy, creating a dialogue between land and culinary wisdom. Each product symbolizes our identity, while its aromas capture traditions, encounters, and the essence of our heritage.

At AZORU, we understand that promoting healthy eating goes beyond production, it’s a cultural act that generates new knowledge. That’s why we organize Cultural Events focused on below.

Regional Food Tastings

We collaborate with producers, cooperatives, and businesses to showcase local agricultural products through sensory experiences.

Food and Beverage Fusion

We bring together chefs, producers, and entrepreneurs to innovate in product presentation and design, blending tradition with avant-garde.

Eco-Cultural Events

At AZORU, we bridge gastronomy and sustainability. We participate in experiences that combine environmental care with healthy, traceable, and delicious foods; because we believe in conscious nourishment for people and the planet.

Fairs and Conferences

We turn ideas into action. We create dynamic spaces where producers, experts, and communities share knowledge to revolutionize food systems, sustainable mobility, and smart territorial development together.
